2009 KLR 650 Realiability?

It seems Some of the 08s had oil burning issues and the never ending doohicky problems of all years. Did Kawasaki address these problems on the 09s? Anyone have an 09 that burns excessive oil or a doo that needed replaced?

1973 F11 Carb Replacement

I have the stock VM30SC carb on the bike now, not running yet. Mikuni has a VM30 carb available that I would think would be a good replacement. It comes with a 250 main but the stock carb is a 112.5. I'm wondering if anyone has experience with this change or another type and what type of changes...

2001 KE100 float hight

F11 oil lines question

Hello, The preformed oil lines in the pump section are in great shape on my F11. The lines are visibly clear but I can't seem to pass much air through them. My question is do the end fittings have one way valves built in? Thanks for any help.

F11 Flywheel off, now cylinder stuck

The flywheel finallly came off and now the cylinder is stuck. The piston moves freely but the cylinder won't budge. I've sprayed down the holes on the studs and let it sit. I've tried the weighted plastic hammer but nothing. I could just leave it but i would like to rering it and pattern the wall...

What did you do to your dual sport today?

best 450 street dirtbike?

hey guys, im looking into riding a 450 kawi for a street legal dirtbike. i do lots of trailing, so id like to stick to that sport as much as possible. so im asking is it better/cheaper to legalize a kx450F with headlights signals and speedo..etc. or to buy a KLX450, and whats really different...

Forked Again!

I figured this section needs a new post!! Trying to dismantle the forks on the 77 ke175. I used both hand tools and an impact gun on the allen screw in the base of the slider (fork tube) so I could take it apart prior to replacing fork seals. It just keeps spinning so they must have used locktite....

KE100 what Model of "A"
