Default Solution found

To all future readers of this thread....

I believe the problem was rust inside the flywheel and on/around the points. I doused the whole thing in WD-40 and let it sit for a day. The next day it was sparking on every kick!

I have been gone for a few days and havent got back to you till know.Im glad you got somewhere on this project!!! You might want to sand the rust off and see if that helps some too.Have you got it fired up yet???? If it has points and condenser I would replace them if it wont start.You need to order a manual for that bike to help you out.try google and see what you come up with.It will help greatly.
