Default Need help with bike I.D.

I need some help with a bike I found in the crawl space of my house. It looks like a 73' or 74' F11, but it is in rough shape and I just can't tell. I also can not find any VIN or model markings. All I know is that it is a 250cc, Green, had blinkers at one point, and that's about it. I will try to get down their and get a picture of it to post if that would help. I want to restore the bike and ride it, its just a matter of knowing the bike so I can start a parts list.

Thank you to any one that can provide some insight.

If it is a 70's it should have the VIN stamped in the steering head, just below and to the right of the handlebar mount. There may be parts of an old foil sticker stuck around the stamped numbers making them hard to read, but they will be there as they stamped right through the sticker.
