Default Help identifying a KE100.

Hello all - I need help identifying a KE100 that was given to me. My father in law had this under a tarp in his backyard for as long as I've known him. I finally asked if I could try and get it running for the kids. I know it's a KE100 and I believe it's a 1975 vintage. When I go to look up parts online, it's making mention of 'A5,A6,A7'... This is the part I need help with.

Thanks

Default G-5

Your Bike is a G-5......... Not and A-5 A-6 or an A-7. Those were Twin Cylinder bikes of the 60-s and 70's

Your G-5 is the younger brother to the G-4 and G31M. Any part you buy must be for a G-5 100cc . Some of the internal parts from the G-4 TR will work on yours and I believe some of the K-E 100's will also. Just keep looking on the net for parts and you will run into what you want. Good luck and don't forget to write...LOL

Thanks! Who would have thought that with a 'G5' in the decal number and on the engine it would have been a 'G5'

A quick search online, parts for a G5 are alot harder to find than a KE100. Fortunately the bike is in good condition mechanically. Someone had removed all the lighting and gauges. So electrically it's simple. Cosmetically it could use some work.

Thanks again!
