Wont stay running?

I have a 2005 Vulcan classic 1500fi and it stalls when I'm in neutral and just idling the bike, and i roll her forward or back in the garage. Thought it was bad gas out a fresh tank in and still the same. It does have a Cobra 2000r digital prosecessor but it seems to be okay.

Does the FI light flash or come on?

No the FI light does not come on or flash. It lights up at initially when the key is turned on but then goes out right away like it is supposed too. Thought I had bad gas so i drained the tank and put a small amount of fuel conditioner in and a fresh batch of gas but no change It starts perfect but soon as you go too push the bike out of the garage (while idling in neutral) it stalls.
