Did you send Jake a PM? He's usually pretty good at answering PM's.

The reason for not drilling holes in the air cleaner box is to prevent moisture from getting inside the housing. In instances of riding your motorcycle in the rain or washing it you could inadvertently get water inside. When modifying or replacing the air cleaner with a cooler and a higher rate of air flow design that will help with performance, but will not prevent moisture getting in. I hope this helps you out. Was wondering if anyone could assist me in finding out the parts needed to replace the mirrors on my 04 250. the brackets (so i've been told) on the inside are bent. Wish I had took some pictures today while i was out, but i was in too much pain to think about it. will get some tomorrow. I'd like to either look into getting the parts to repair and replace them or find some decently priced bar end mirrors.
been looking around on some part sites and have yet been able to find what it is that i need to replace. I have a temp mirror (a regular bike mirror with a strap to keep it on the bar end), but i fear it falling off and would like to have two mirrors and the temp fix only fits one side of the bike. so please someone help me out.
