Can you please confirm that this cover fits my 2004 Mean Streak. Some places says it doesn't and other says it does. And if it fits, what would be the best price including shipping to WA 98043.

The oem inner engine cover is the same part number. So I would say the cover will fit your bike. Let us know if you would like to order. Thanks
