Please help, year & model?

Hello everyone,
I posted this thread in a different section and didn't get any replies... So I bought this bike from a swap meet, any ideas on what year it is? I think it is a G3ss either 1970 or 1971?? I could be wrong. As you can see from the picture it needs a LOT of work. I'm very new to this and any input would be greatly appreciated. the serial number on the engine is G8E505082. Sorry for the blurry picture. I'll post more as I start to clean it up... Also if anybody has parts for this bike, please send me an email. Thanks! - NickO.

If you can get a VIN # from the frame, kawasaki.com can help you.

I don't know anything about those, but 2 weeks ago I referred another member (Gab) with one here:

So after removing 12 layers of spray paint from the gas tank, we found the original lime-green paint = 1974 G3SSD.
