    Default Pullback Risers

I have a Vulcan Drifter 1500 and I would like to install 4 inch risers. I shopped online but generic risers come in pairs of single post mounts and I do not think that would work on my Vulcan.

Can anyone shed any light on where I go to buy pullback risers for my Drifter.

    Thanks

try scootworks. They make risers for several bikes. I have them on my 800 and like them.

Here's mine, hope it helps. I had basically the same thing on my 800B too. Make all the difference in the world on the back and shoulders! http://www.kawasakimotorcycle.org/fo...ghlight=risers

That's where I bought Gene the new risers for his bike. Not a problem at all with the service or the delivery. They work and look great. I'd buy from them again for sure.

I need to get a wife or G/F I'm missing out on to many Christmas gifts. Wonder if it would be worth it? I guess that would have to be another thread.

With the right wife/GF you are missing out on a whole lot more than just Christmas gifts!

Gene was only able to go around the block a couple times since his went on but from the looks of his posture I would say the same thing. A much better reach and sitting position.

I actually went out to phatperformanceparts.com and ordered my new Pullback Risers (Elite)

I will slap them on probably Monday, take her for a spin and report back with my review.

I will snap some photos as well.

That is where I picked up the top clap for the risers. Cruiser Customizing discontinued them.

Sport Touring. A ZZR600. Had a ZX6R but sold it last summer. Want something that I can mod more. But I do like the Sportier bikes on the corners.

Excellent!! You like 'em. The big beefy style looks great on the Classic, so I'm sure they be perfect on the Drifter.

2 things: I put some tips in the inserted thread above: towels, bucket removal, etc. After you've done it, check the hoses with bars full turned both ways to see they don't touch the tank- you'll see what I mean.

Snickerdoodle, what are the dimensions of the risers on your 1500. The one's I'm looking at for my Classic are up two inches and back two inches. Can you, or anyone else on this thread, tell me if this is a good fit. I think that is all that I need, but as long as the experience is here for the asking, I may as well ask!

    Thanks, Dave
