Help no Neutral

Hi there i am restoring a 1984 kdx 200 cc offroad all well so far but the only problem that i am batteling with is that the clutch is not working 100%.
Ive discoverd that there is a thrust washer missing (part number 92022-223)
how can i get hold of this washer or where can i get the dimensional specs to manufacture it myself

Did you call your local dealership and ask if they either

1. Have it in stock

2. Can still order it.
