Been asking for it for years... it's not in their business plan which is to be more personal.
Just give them a call. Dunno if they'll accept Paypal but it wouldn't hurt to ask.

I haven't called in the past as I prefer email for the permanent record. Last time I emailed, to get a price and order an oil filter, it took 4 days to get a response. The personal touch is great when you occasionally need advice or have an unusual need, but for routine stuff I prefer the speed of an automated system where human schedules are not a factor.

If you notice the top banner for Beartooth Kawasaki has a parts lookup as well as our company website has a parts lookup portal. We try to answer all requests from the Beartooth Kawasaki thread here on the forum but as we all know it takes time, we do have a designated person for monitoring the forum parts request however they also do other tasks because so far it doesn't warrant having someone 24 hrs a day, maybe in the future. The best way for a quick response is to call 1-800-556-3098. Thanks

Oh I almost forgot, yes we do take paypal and all emails are answered several times a day with the exception of weekends, we are one of the very few dealers that are open on Mondays so if you send an email on Friday afternoon it may not be answered till Monday but that would be the only time there would be a lag in email. No dealership is perfect but we try. Thanks for your patients.
