How can we improve?

Free Beer ?

Honestly I have found a home where even my lack of people skills is tolerated .
My best to all and teach what you learn . Without the willingness to teach what you learn , the lesson , the very spirit of the lesson dies with you . The one thing you can't take with you is your experience . Well that and the 20 something you've been trying to get to go for a ride

suggestion : next time I try to help someone that doesn't need it , want it , or get it , hit me over the head , hard , repeatedly .

Yeah, one of the hardest lessons I learned here way back when is that not everyone cares what I think. Heck, I'd be happy if anyone cared what I think. I just try to remember that I'm here to post up my view of things, not to convince anyone else to believe what I do. Arguing via neenerweb is pretty stoopit.

I too have learned that on some occasions all the enquiring individual wants to know or hear is a comment that backs up what they already know (or think that they know), or want to hear.
Any dissenting opinion, regardless of it's truth, value or merit seems to mean nothing to that person.
