Stop the Spammers

Maybe have the first 10 posts moderated before they show on the board? We do this on a yahoo board that I help moderate. All posts are screened before they are turned loose. The board has been spam free since.

It's a good idea, but a heck of a lot of work for a Forum of this size.

It would take a lot of moderators to keep up with the traffic.

Yeh, that would take a ton of work. I think we do a pretty good job of nuking the spammers....and it certainly helps when the members here notify us of new spam.
