Search Functionality - Pictures/Attachments

I was on a motorcycle forum...forgot which one as I was on a rampage to find an answer for something. I started here, but it yeilded no results. Very surprising, I know as I think this is the coolest forum on the net. Thanks BTK!

Anyway, I came upon this forum through a google.com search that allowed you to search for a topic, and then filter out only threads with pictures, attachments, and/or http:// and www. links inserted that someone may have included directing a user to another site that may have pictures of the search in question.

Is there anyway to add that functionality?
