I just completely rebuilt a 2008 750 brute force FI. It ran fine when i pulled it in the shop, just smoked like a train. r&r motor ,new pistons rings rod bearings. fired motor up. it only runs on the front cyl. just pops through the back. ckd timing ,valves ,all were good. swapped injectors,no difference. then i unplugged the pressure sensor and it idles fine on both cylinders. So i changed the pressure sensor. still runs on front cyl only. When i leave the sensor plugged in and remove the vaccum line from the throttle body it runs fine......... dont know! any help would be much appreciated.

I have on 05, so I can't help much. I would ask what purpose has the vaccum line? Normally if you move a vaccum line air is allowed into the intake port.
so many parts are interrelated on these machines you have to trace cause and effect. |
