Tandom axel for Mule

Has anyone ever used a mule with a tandom axel, the only one I can find is from Essex MFG.

I do not think anyone else make a tag axle conversion similar to what Essex offers. It looks like a tandem, but the second axle just tags along and allows extra weight carrying capacity.

There are no true tandem axle kits for the Mule because of the design of the transaxle. The true tandem is like what can be found on the Polaris units with two sets of drive axles at the rear. There are severe limitations as to how those double drive axle units can be used, and that limits their use to a very narrow application set.
