Change Woodruff Key But Motor Wont Turn Over Help!!!!

i got to wait to change the plug out first the plug that was in it looks crappy so i want to have a new one in it just to be safe turst me everyone will know when i start it ........... i should post the beforeand after pic on here to see what i started with to what i have now ........ but the only thing is when i go to start the bike i have to cross the sil because for some reason the push button for starting it dont seem to work

hey 300guy guess what now i have no spark to the plug but i have another qestion for you to when it runs over should the be gas blowing out of the carb

um no its suppose to go in the throat of da carb. you 1000 %positive you got that engine timed correctly and all the marks lined up.sounds like the cam is 180 off.instead of the engine vacuum suckin the fuel into the combustion chamber its pushin it back out of the carb into the air box.

can i ask how you got the fy wheel off to change the sheared key?do you have a puller for that or did you make one.i need one my self to pull a timin chain off a mojave 250.-corey-

i was worng it has wicked suction i thought it was blowing it out but i put my hand over the carb and it almost sucked my hand into it ...lol no i have a puller that i barrowed for work
