Mule 2520 Motor Froze

I'm new to the forum but been lurking a while. The engine has froze in my mule (lack of oil I suppose, drained it and still had a good amount in it). Not sure what to do at this point, just really pis#@ed off right now. Anyway, does anyone know where to get a used engine? Rebuild? I don't know. Any help would be appreciated.

Try a John Deere dealer the two cylinder Liquid cooled gasoline Gator has the same basic engine.

Actually Kawasaki builds the engine for the gator Call Jake at 1-800-556-3098 he will help you price out a new engine, the mule engine is the only complete engine you can buy from Kawasaki. You sure you didn't break a belt and it wrapped up in the clutch?

I would not rush to judgment on a new engine until I disassembled the old one enough to really know where the problem resides.

Then if it really is the engine, think new not rebuilt.

Thanks for the responses. We are going to take the old one out and take a look to see what/where the problem lies. Can't be too quick anyway, got to get the money first!
