Default Bayou 220 Question

I bought two Bayou 220's about a month ago. Rebuilt one of them and I'm not trying to access the condition of the second. After getting it started I found that the engine will blow smoke and oil out of the vent lines on top of the engine. So much so that the old owners had plugged the vent lines with bolts to keep the from smoking and leaking. Both bikes were run without air cleaners which didn't do the engines any good. Any suggestions as to why this bike is blowing the oil out?? Any remedies?? It's a 1993 Kawasaki Bayou 220. Thanks

Angry Bad rings!

Sounds like the rings are done for. Do a compression test to confirm the problem.
