Default 07-08 kfx 450

I was wondering if it would hurt or wreck the kfx 450 if you did some trail riding with it and you went into mud holes and some water?

No, its an atv! And why would you want to race an atv offroad that cant get wet or rode it offroad???????????? As long as you take care of it, it will take a lot of punishment.

ATV = All Terrain Vehicle(Dirt, Water, Mud, Gravel, Anything you can think of!)

Thanks, I wasm't sure since lot's of people say don't buy them if you aren't going to race all the time on a track.

Lots of people that dont take them on the track dont take care of them either. Then the atv craps out and they think it is because it was a "race atv". The real big thing with high performance engines is that they need alot more maintenance. If you arent one for doing regular maintenance your self, dont buy one.

The raptor needs less maintanence than a 450, because it does not put out as much horsepower to its displacement.
