2010 specs

Hey guys..i was wondering if anyone knew or had a manual for a 1990 2010 mule...i need the torque specs for the rod bolts...cylinder head and the valve clearance.I checked the kawaski web site and they have no info for that model....thanks in advance guys Kevin

Your best bet is to pick up the repair manual and the latest supplement. If I remember correctly Kawasaki dropped the torque rating method on that engine and updated to a quarter turn break-over process after setting the initial torque value to keep from blowing head gaskets. You also do not reuse the old head bolts, they are a one time deal.

i just picked one up at repairmanual.com last mont for my 90 2010 the manual is easy to get but good luck finding parts that is my problem if you know where to find motor parts let me know please.

The motor is the same as the Kawasaki LTD 450 motorcycle. Parts are still available for that engine.
