mule 2010 part needed

Im looking for a oil pump gear for a 1990 2010 mule.Its got the 540 single cylinder.Kawaski no longer makes this part and i cant find one any were.If someone has one please let me know.Thanks Kevin

The part is available from most Kawasaki dealers, the 540 parts are still available through Kawasaki's engine distributor, buykawpower.com.

rcw...that part is no longer availible...i tried ordering it through my dealer and kawaski says no longer available....ive tried everywere...

I just got one and a complete oil pump the other day, so try the commercial engine distributor not your Kawasaki motorcycle dealer. They are both Kawasaki companies, but completely separate from each other.

Morton's also still stocks the oil system parts for the 540. Mortons Power Equipment, Toro, Stihl, Scag, Service, Holmes Trailers, Parts, Fredericksburg, VA

John Deere also uses that engine, so engine parts can be available through their dealers.

to RCW i to have a 90 mule 2010 and have no luck on finding a crank balancer or rods because kawa deleted them. from any kawa dealer. john deer dont have them. i cant even find used. also oil pump gear if you know of a dealer i would love to get their web site or phone number . i would love to be proved wrong.

Did you email them or attempt to buy online? Their online inventory indicates the gear is in stock and available. I have ordered all kinds of parts for my 2004 3010 Mule without any problems, just use a credit card, which is the way to go anymore. I found out that you can send an email and set on your kesster for a while and wait, wait, or go online and get the parts you need on the road.

yea that is a 04.not a 90 that was discontinued nine month ago.i would love to find the place that has dust collecting on these parts sitting on their shelf.if i had an 04 id have the parts

The one I had the part number was not an 04. It was for a single cylinder 540 2010. According to the model number and vin the part is for a 90 model. I don't know why you can't find the part.


The mule I have is a 3010 and an 04 year model it has the 620 twin cylinder engine (it is the one pictured in my avatar) I have ordered several time from Babbit without any problem.

I get the parts all the time, no problem! Same with going to John Deere, but there you have to use their on line parts book and order exactly what you need. Most of the John Deere parts guys that knew anything have long ago retired and been replaced with minimum wage monkeys!

I have the oil pump and the shaft for the balancer.

The balancer and rods are discontinued. the web sit for the fc540v does fit for the oil pump and shaft only. the balancer and rods are different. that is what i can not find new or used. im going a new route. im in arospace . and starting to build my own balancer because kawasaki dont have faith in their product to last 20 years
