I have a Kawasaki Prairie 300 4x2 automatic. I believe it's a 2000 model or earlier.
Last week while loading it into the bed of my pickup, it fell off the ramp onto the ground, rolling on it's side. Since then, it's been leaking oil in 2-3 spots-- mostly toward the back. It still cranks and runs fine but I've only ran it from the truck into the garage. I'm not very mechanical. It appears to be oil...... could it be oil+gas....... could it be trans oil........ ? I'd appreciate any help/advise on what the problem could be. THANKS. |

If you tip a Prairie over the engine oil will run back up the crankcase vent and run into the air filter housing. I suspect if you clean the air cleaner and clean all the oil out of that housing your dripping will stop.
This sort of thing hardly ever presents any real mechanical problem, just creates a mess.
