Hello,
My mule is in desperate need of an oil change, however I can't decipher the manual. I have read it & the picture the manual gives to show the location of the drain plug is not helpful at all. In the description it states the oil drain plug is on the torque converter case. No picture showing where the torque converter case is either. It's a 2007, 610 4x4. Could someone help point it out to me? *161 hours on this mule with no oil change & it still runs strong!*Help me find that drain plug! Last edited by Wink Dinkerson : 08-29-2008 at 06:10 PM. |

Take it out!! If oil comes out... well, you know the rest!
(for what it's worth, looks like it to me!)

It's on page 2-21 in the manuel on the above post , it doesn't look like the same picture they have in the service manuel, but it my be the way I'm looking at it , Craig.

unit5alive,
You hit the nail right on the head Pal. I printed off the 2 pages I needed & went to work. It took me about 15mins but next time it will be shorter. The pic I posted above is not the drain plug, but you do have to deal with that plug before draining the oil. I'll take a picture of the drain plug & get it posted to this thread later tonight. Hopefully it will be useful information combined with the service manual link unit5alive posted for anyone else searching for help on this topic |
