Hi,
I posted this earlier on this site but did not get an answer. On the 400 there are two (2) adjusting screws under the cover. The manual says to adjust the top screw. What is the lower screw for? Thanks, SCDeerhunter |

The lower screw is the pin that keeps the clutch housing actuation cam housing aligned. Once that is initially set during installation of the cam plates and rollers you never touch it again.
If you take a look at the parts diagrams on Kawasaki.com you can get an idea of how it functions.
