Default My 2005 750 Brute force won't engage 2 wheel drive

Good afternoon!
Glad I found this forum...very informative.
I have been doing some general maintenance on my 2005 750 Brute force.
Can't seem to figure out a problem...I have read a bit about it but would appreciate anyones opinion.

When I turn hard right either going forward or in reverse at low speeds I hear a clicking sound. Sounds like its coming from the right rear. I checked the cv joints...replace the "right" one and the bearings....still making the sound. A local dealer suggests it is coming from the front since it is turning....but it really sounds like it is coming from the middle rear.
Combined with this and it might be related ??? it will not engage into 2 wheel drive immediately and when it does...the lcd screens shows the 4wh..2wh indication flipping back and forth....and still not sure if it is in 2 wheel drive.
(I ride my ATv almost allways in 4 wheel drive....99% of the time).
I have read that this might indicate a faulty actuator. Also, when I first start up the bike the "N" neutral green light flickers and when I move the shifter around from N to D to R the lights flicker....only after I have driven a few minutes the shifting returns to normal. Shifting seams to be rougher though than when I first bought it...I have plowed my driveway each winter and think the strain of back and forth plowing may have something to do with the rough shifting.
Any thoughts on the clicking noise?
It has about 4,000 kilomteres on it....200 hours

Thanks guys! Love my Brute!

It really does sound like an actuator to me as well.
