I want to thank the folks in red and blue user-names who have sent donations through the donation portal to help with our recent virus attack and current software upgrade. I know times are tough and money is short so I really wanted to take the time and let you know how much we appreciate your...

I was running the Nomad and on my last bar of gas, it almost died on me so I dropped in the gas station and fueled up. It only took 4.8 gallons, which means it should have had .5 left. Anyone had this happen? I assume the gas was sloshing around causing it to choke for fuel. The gas gauge also...
So this this post is a few days late, but here goes. So the other day I'm riding around and I get home and I think to myself, I should be close to 40K, so I start hitting the button and what do I find? 40K on the nose. Then I thought to myself, this means something... then I thought agian...
I am looking for MC clubs taking new members around Leesville, Deridder, Alexandria Louisiana. Any contacts info would be great help!!!!
What are slip on pipes and how are they different from new aftermarket pipes? Is there any way to make my exhaust split so there would be a single pipe on each side of the rear tire instead of both pipes being on the same side.
Is it too much to ask for a store to keep common parts on hand? I've called every dealer and store in middle Tn and none have an air filter in stock. Everything has to be ordered and will take 3-7 days. Come on! Its an air filter! Its not like its some obscure part on a rare model! Oh well, thats...
Hi, new member, here. This is my first post. I'm also a new rider. I have a Vulcan 800, I guess they call 'em plain. It's the one with the skinny front tire. This one, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=suvd0h_DwSA I've put on about 250 miles in the 2 weeks I've been riding and my back is sore. ...
A buddy of mine just bought a 2003 Honda VTX 1300 with Long Shots and a hyper-charger and we have been arguing over who's bike is better (all in good fun) Mine beeing the 1500 with no performance parts. Do I have an argument??????
Do they still have the New Orleans Louisiana Bike Expo? If so when! Is there any other BIG bike shows other than the New Orleans Louisiana Bike Expo?
Me and my wife took off today on our bikes and it was a fantastic ride from Maryland up into Pennsylvania then into West Wirginia and then back to Maryland. I just turned 23,000 miles on what was just a fantastic ride. I need to spend some more time north of Maryland because that was just sweet...
I am not sure about anyone else but my bike is running rich. I don't have an aftermarket air only pipes, no fuel mod either. If anyone knows or had the same issue inform me so I can try to fix it. ECM might be wacked, sure hope not!
I am looking for some opinions and insight on a difficult situation I have. I recently (1Month to the day) sold a guy a motorcycle. (I wouldn't call him a friend so much as an acquaintance) The motorcycle has always been in my garage (where we normally play cards once every couple weeks) and he...
OK, I am riding an 09 900 LT and wondering what's the most I can manage on a single day trip. I am leaving Utah and going to Georgia and trying to see what's realistic for miles per day. The bad thing or good thing is it's mostly interstate. What's the most miles you have traveled on a 900 in a...
stopped to eat breakfast and killed it left key on and now cannot jump to start. Jumper cables were on back wards to start with. Turned them around and now no spark. Checked all fuses could find, even 30 amp. No spark across batteries.
I have a 1995 Vulcan 1500, just bought it cheap, has been seating outside. Cleaned out gas tank, changed fuel filter (real dirty), changed plugs, tested for spark, and there was spark. Fuel pump runs when off the bike, once I install it on the bike it works until the outlet hose is put back on...
I'm contemplating the addition of some more electrical toys to my 1600 Classic. Does anybody know off hand what the charging system output is?
Hi all.. I'm new here and have a couple of questions. First, I have a 00 Vulcan 1500 (bought it about a month ago) and my friend just purchased a 1994 Honda 750 Magna. Its a nice looking bike but I think he's slightly delusional about its performance. Cruiser bikes aren't meant for drag racing...
Hiyas All, Is it Normal for the Coolant Reservoir to be barely warm after comming back from a long ride on a hot'ish day?? I ask this, because i decided to check the coolant level as soon as i got back from my ride today & it was at the correct level but was barely warm to the touch. My...
Hi guys, long time lurker and seldom poster. I am buying a new bike in the very near future. I am pretty much a Harley guy most of the time because I understand the bikes and can work on them myself. That being said the great reviews that the Vulcan Nomad has gotten for years from critics...
