    You know, given the magic of Photoshop versus the possibility of stupid... I'll vote for stupid every time.

    I doubt the bike is heavy enough to lower the back of the car much.

    If you look at the wheel well spacing it does appear that the rear end is lower than the front.

    It's and excellent idea, in fact there use to be a rig you connected to your rear bumper, when we had them, so you could drop the front tire in it and strap it to the car. worked like a charm back in the day. I don't see why you couldn't do the same thing with a heavy duty trailer hitch today.

    Lord help you if that bike accidentally kicks into gear. You'd have to remove the belt/chain/shaft to be safe, IMO.

    Yes, and we know they kick into gear when there's no rider on them all the time. Maybe a zip tie around the clutch lever?

    Sometimes you just gotta do what ya gotta do. Perhaps this riders engine died out in the desert somewhere and the driver of the car came along and said, 'lets stick it in the trunk'. Would you leave the bike in the desert or stick it in the trunk.
