There's one similar that runs around the Labor Day Rally at Perry Lake each year. His pipes, though, angle up and end about the height of the old sissy bars, 'bout 5' off the ground

These kits have been used on hot rods since the 50's-60's but they are a little different with carbs. Here is just one kit you can buy for your bike but there are plenty of kits out there. Just look up motorcycle flamethrower kits.
