The front suspension has normal travel and rebounds fully as it should, but it still seems soft. Is there any adjustment similar to the rear?
No leaks noted.

Heavier fork oil... factory fill is 10w20, which you will not find.
You can also replace the springs with Progressives... it'll soften it up a little at the beginning but get progressively firmed as it compresses and reduce bottoming out. You can also increase the preload by going to longer spacers on top of the springs.
