Default i have blinkers but no brake/tail lights?

Im working on an 08 VN900 classic. The problem I am having is I have blinkers but nothing else. I have done some custom work to the rear end of the bike and it no longer has the stock rear fender or anything that was attached to it. Instead of using two blinkers and a third break light I only have the two blinkers which I managed to make work with a 3-2 wire converter for a trailer. So let me simplify. I know that my custom thingie is working so i can assume that is not the problem. However I am not receiving any voltage for anything but the turn signals at the connector under the seat. Is their any other fuses or connections in this circuit besides whats under the seat? If anybody has a schematic for this circuit it would be very helpful.

thanks
