Those are some nasty looking pipes, but I imagine the neighbors don't care for you leaving at 05:00 in the am, or getting home at 03:00 in the am. Still I do like the look.

Pipes look great in their finished stage.

Need pics from other angles and a sound bite. You know how impatient we are around here!

I debated for a long while about those pipes before I got my RoadBurners. Just couldn't justify the cost...$700 for the pipes, $200 for the new intake, $150 for the fuel control...adds up quick.

I love these:

But if you blow a fuse on the road, you're gonna' be hurting because you can't pull the side cover to replace the fuse (or add coolant) without dropping the rear pipe!

i dont know about the mean streak but those are the same pipes as on my 900 and i have plenty of room to take the side cover off.

Meanie has a screw on the bottom front corner of the cover behind the pipe.

If there's a couple of inches of clearance, it might be possible to get a stubby in there to remove it, but do you really want the back of your hand that close to the pipes?

I'm assuming that front pipe is far enough out to clear the oil fill hole.
