Great bars! I hope you're taller than me. 19" is pushing the comfort level and I'm 6' 1". Apes are the s#!t!

Hey, I've always wondered: Can you go on a 400 mile ride hanging like that?
How is it to ride through the twisties with apes??

They feel great.....I actually ride a little more aggressively with apes. They make the bike feel nimble.

Bub20, did you get cables yet? Here's pics of mine for reference. I have 16" with 3" riser extensions and the cables and brake hose are +10 (Barnett and Galfer from Phat). I may go to a taller bar and get rid of the riser extensions this winter.

you call those apes. rookie. lets consider something. if the rise in your apes is directly proportionate to the nimbleness of your bike, then this guy must be a friggin puma.

or perhaps it corrolates to how silly ya look goin down the road. the higher, the sillier. but thats me. you asked, so im tellin. i didnt say, take em off, just not for me. its called leverage. and you fellas have tons of it. but ill take my 18" wide bars any day. live fast. take chances. split lanes.

How boring the world would be if we all did the same thing to our bikes.
