Easy Brackets on 1500 Classic touching shocks

I installed Easy Brackets today on my 2007 1500 Classic and they are touching the rear shocks.Any one else have this problem?

I had Easy Brackets on my 2007 1500 and don't remember them rubbing on the shocks. Either they were and I didn't notice or they sent you brackets for the wrong bike??

I had easy brackets on my 1500, and as I recall, they set the bags out so far that they didn't come close at all to the shocks.

Brackets seem to be labeled wrong (left and right).Company says the locks should face the rear of the bike.When I switch them around they no longer are any where near the shocks.
