So here are some pics, not that great of ones because they are so bright but you get the idea. The only thing I still haven't done is change out those god awful front turn signals!!! That is in the works already. Still have to fix the pipes with new wrap and finish the wifes rear seat/sissy bar setup I'm making up. Here ya go!

I helped with the paint but there's NO WAY I could have a steady enough hand to do the pin striping. I couldn't do it so I had a guy at imperialhouse71.com do it. He does a lot of retro style helmets and stuff.

Well 777 has kind of been my number for a while now. It was my squadron when I was deployed to Iraq, and when I got back home I bought a race kart and the number on there was already 777 so it stuck since then. I use it for softball and stuff like that. Just kind of a unique number I've used for the past 6 years or so. I had looked at doing just two numbers, but I wanted to do something different than what everyone else has done.
As far as the pipes go, the wrap is ripped around the clamps, plus I cut the pipes down alot and need to do some grinding and re coat them. So I figured while it was all off and I was doing all that work I might as well spend $30 for new wrap.

thanks for answering. I thought the wrap looked fine, so didn't think it needed re-doing... but i obviously couldn't see the rips

lilduec, That is one of the most sutley beautiful rides I've seen in a while. I really like what you've done with the small details like the headlight bucket. Very quiet and understated style, but an absolute head turner. A tribute to what can be done without bowing to the gods of "Chromology". An how cool that its from a midwest rider in Woodriver, sweet indeed. Nice ride, very nice indeed. Congrats.

Only thing missing is a inst. bezel insert. Maybe you could brush it if you don't like the polished look. Looks great!

asg13 those pipes are Britt Motorsports pipes that I cut about a foot out of. Looking back, I should have just made my own and saved a TON of money!

predfan13 you talkin about where it says Kawasaki in the instrument bezel? I thought about taking it out and just painting it black to blend in. But then again, I kind of like it to where it says Kawasaki so people know what it is. I'm not hiding anything! Ha ha!
