O.K. gang...as I feed my sickness to bling the ever living **** out of my new baby...I'm looking for the coolest light set up. I see a lot of aftermarket kits, but am not sure how they'd look on the Meanie. While I want a "pretty" bike...I'm also concerned with functionality. So I'm looking for the best set up that will:
1) Provide more than adequate light on the road 2) Look sexy as hell 3) NOT blind the person in the on coming lane 4) Look sexy as hell Any suggestions/pics would be greatly appreciated. BTW, I'm partial to the oval type lights. |

Well, this is on my extremely long wish list for my Mean Streak. Never seen one on anything but a complete custom chopper, but I think it would look crazy cool on the mean streak.

Hmm, that does look cool, but its very difficult to imagine what that would look like on the bike. Just seeing it by itself is very hard to visualize. I would want someone else to be the guinea pig on this one!

I do believe that this light is going to have to come off my wish list. I found a couple of pictures of it on non-chopper cruisers. It's TINY. There's a link on eurocomponents sight that says "view actual size" and when you click on it, the thing looks huge! But, it's not.
http://www.vstar1100.com/gallery/dsc00337.jpg I love the shape of it, but it'll have to grow to 3x it's current size to look right on the bike. Officially OFF my wish list now. It looks horrible http://www.headwinds.com/images/1-7900.jpg Mmmmm... shecksi. Last edited by SleekStreak : 09-23-2005 at 01:03 AM. |

Those might actually work well as driving/fog lights on a Goldwing or something!

I was planning on installing one of these Joker machine setups on my Meanie before I traded her in.

It's uglier though... But i like it. Mine's delayed for another month so sadly you won't be able to see it. Mickey, Greeneyess had that Cyclops headlight on his 900 Custom. I don't think I've seen one on a Meanie though... |
