Could be anywhere from $20-30 if the tires are off the bike to $40-$50 on the bike, if you bought the tires from them and upwards of $65 at one dealer if you don't buy the tires from them.

It's about $35-$40 here in Central TX too, depending on where you go.

I paid a local guy $40 labor to install a new rear tire on my Nomad (dealer quoted $50). He was $15 dollars cheaper than the dealer on the price of tire as well.

I paid 25 to a local bike shop, not a dealer. I took them off myself. Bought the tires online at ronayers.com. best prices I found. 46 for the front, 61 for the rear. Dunlop 404's, got 6000 miles on them now and they look good as new.

Man, that's a stellar price for D404s...
At my shop, you bring in the wheel. We will not help you pull it under ANY circumstances. Buy your tire (has to be prepaid) from me, mounting is free, balance is $8 per wheel. Street only, no dual sport or dirt rims, or rim locked street wheels for that matter. Cast wheel with a Kenda or ChengShin tire takes all of 15 minutes from drop off to tossing it in the trunk of your car. Spoke wheels or those f'n Honda Comstars? See you in a couple hours. HD wheels? If you forgot to pull the drive belt pulley, I won't touch it. Cheap pulleys, crack if the tire lever hits them. If you leave the axle and spacers in the wheel, they are your responsibility to pull and keep track of. I use a very old bubble balancer, not a truing stand type balancer. -Scruffy
