Let me know. Maybe we can hook up and you can give it to me if it is one we need to add to our dials.
Mine is a 2000 Nomad, didn't see it listed, but should be similar to the '99 Nad. I'll have to cross check part numbers.

Ok folks we have our template for the 900 speedo faces. Looks more like next week before we can do anything for anyone. By the way here is the new custom dial face my wife is putting on her 900LT. What do you think?

He has prices on his web site.

They aren't hard to change... but there one very important thing to remember. BE GENTLE. Things are small and fragile. And could be broken. But its just 5 screws holding the speedo together. Then take the needles off. Then 4 more screws. Seperate the face from its backer. Then remove the speed needle peg.

You will have to take the whole assy off the bike to do this though. If you have fair mechanical skills overall its pretty simple.

Here is my new face!! Can't wait to get it!!

Hey thanks! I love my nomad and the wife rides a 900. I plan on coming out with a nomad dial for our bikes and the classic's too pretty soon.

tryin tp pick a Beatle image-so hard. think im gonna try a yellow submarine theme or sgt pepper. BUT while im doing this im wondering if the following is possible??

my speedo reads about 5 to 7 mph too high so my question is: instead of the face reading 0-10-20-30-40- ect...can we make it 0-5-15-25-35-45-ect...????

i mean that would make it damn near accurate!!

It's actually off by a percentage... between 7 and 10% most likely.
If the stock speedo goes to 130, then you can change the scale by making it read 0-120 over the same dial distance. This is a little under 10%... and will put 60 where 65 used to be... probably right about where you want it.

We have made the adjustment to refelect a 3 to 5 MPH change already to the new 06 900 dial. So now it should be alot closer to the real speed than it was before.

I'm just a little curious Chuck how you fix the speedo calculations? I have a 1600 nomad 10% off and figured if you could just change the speedo face and not have to buy a speedo healer it would definitely be with it??!! Please explain?

By looking at the one he did for me he just puts the numbers in a different place so it reads closer to the true speed.
