    Default My Transition Lens

YES!!! My new Transition lens from Scorpion helmets is finally shipped I ordered it in Nov06 and it has been back order since then. I can't wait to finally have a lens that changes from dark in daylight to clear at night automaticly for $63 bucks. I tell ya I am a big Scorpion fan love their helmets. I'll post a review when I get it.

If Shoei ever comes out with something like that I'm buying two. That's very cool.

I believe ProGrip makes an add-on that will work with any visor except Arai.
It's "self adhesive" in the same way as the little plastic stickers that oil change places use... no glue, just sticky plastic.
Added benefit is that it helps prevent fogging.

I have not had good experience with light sensitive goggles for either offroad or street... they just don't get dark enough, and I suppose it's a safety issue, since it would leave you nearly blind upon entering a tunnel.

I gotta get that!!! Been looking for awhile for sunglasses that will fit under my helmet but it's just too snug and I really don't want to be stuck with tinted when it gets dark or not enough tint with the sun out. That would be perfect!!!!
Now if I could get it for an Aria?

I have no clue why they don't fit Arai. There's two different types of inserts... but that is the only one that is light-sensitive.
The other one is a lightly tinted anti-fog insert... two models, one for Arai, and one for everyone else.

Just break down and go Scorpion they are the Shizznitt Every review I have read said they are as good as the 600 dollar helmets for 200. I have the crackhead and I swear it must have spent many hours in the wind tunnel because it is perfect in my opinion.

Fit is a problem for me. I've got a Shoei head and can't wear a Scorpion or Arai. Tried both on-road and offroad lids... Shoei is the only 3/4 or FF that gives a good fit. My offroad lid is an HJC and it really is not comfortable after 100 miles.

I like my Headtrip carbon fiber, but it does get a bit chilly at night.

Is the entire helmet $63 or just the visor?
