    Talking New Member New Bike

    Hi all,

Just signed up for the forum and just bought my first bike in 15 years. I bought the teal blue 07 900 classic. This bike is so hot, just love it. Any quirks I should know about. From what I read nearly everyone who owns one love it.

Oh... I guess no one's told you yet? PICS! WE NEED PICS!!!!

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the bike, those 900s are flying off the showroom floors these days! Only thing that I've read so far is the bike revs a bit high at highway speeds.

As soon as I figure out how to post pics I will. If someone can hand me a clue it would be appreciated and speed things up a bit.

    Welcome Chris.

This will get you started on posting pics. (most of us here use a hosting site like photobucket)

A lot of us have a photobucket account. Head over there and sign up - it's pretty self explanatory.

I will say that you have to check your account options and make sure it's set up to display image links:
    1. Go to "Account Options"
    2. Scroll down to "Album Settings" and click "Edit Album Settings"
    3. On the page that loads, make sure the "Display IMG" box is selected and press save

Now every one of your pictures will have a textbox with the image code below it. Just click that text box and it will copy it to your clipboard then you can just press control+v to paste it in while you're writing your message. You can also right click and go to paste if thats easier than the hotkey.

Greetings and welcome to the forum. You have chosen a popular bike that is proving to be a real hit for Maw Kaw.

If you go to the search function and type in "900" you will find more threads about them then you can read in a day.

Good luck and nice to have you join us!

Roll that bad boy out in the sun so that paint can really shine through in the pics.
