I just ordered & paid next day air UPS freight charges to have a Mustang seat sent to me for my 2006 Vulcan 900 Classic. I bought part # 76127. It is the Vintage one-piece wide touring seat. I was wondering if anyone out there is riding on one and how they like it?

update- I got my mustang seat, it looks and rides great. It should for the money I spent. UPS dropped the ball though. I spent a lot of $$$ to have it sent next air before July 4th and they couldn't get it to me. I ended going and getting the seat myself from their distrubution center on July 5th. Anyways, I do love the seat though. Off subject, but anyone out in my neck of the woods who would want to meet for some possible easy riding together or just to meet let me know. Enjoy the summer. I'm gonna try to on my Vulcan 900.
Later, Tony (mvrider) in Maple Valley, WA

Welcome to the forum and your bike and choice of seats. I have the mustang seat and it is so much better than the oem seat.

I love my mustang seat. Huge difference, however I had to get the Phatriser II from scootworks because the Mustang seat set me back a couple of inches and straightened my arms out but that solved it and i'm loving the comfort.

I have 2007 900 Classic LT - just got the Mustang seat through Beartooth with their great discount- I have the one piece with the flip up drivers backrest. I too read that you needed the Phatrisers so ordered them at same time. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!
Almost di not do the phatrisers as I thought they would be toom uch but they were just right. About 2 hour install though- by myself. Someone knows what they are doing would be 60 min.

I have the Mustang wide touring seat with backrest on my 900 LT probably the very best upgrade I could do. I suffer from chronic low back problems and probably would not be riding if not for this seat....Love it...
