I have had mine for over a year now and no problems with it. I would be on the phone with them for the money we had to spend on their product. Bet it's a circuit that burned out or has a bad connection.

Just checked their website and here's their warranty statement:

Warranty Policy. We offer a one (1) year warranty. For all warranty issues regardless of where you purchased our products, you can send to the address below. We will only replace or repair any defective items that are covered in our warranty period. Please include a note explaining the defect. Please be sure to print your name and contact information legibly.

Good luck!

Trust me... They're not "burned-out". You've got an open circuit somewhere on that circuit board. Got a techno-geek buddy?? Get him to take a close look with a magnifier and see if he can find the break and then repair it. Good Luck!!

Probably a burned load resistor that limits the current to 20 or 30ma for each LED. Usually one per string (in series LEDs) so 12v lights them properly without burnout. I fixed one for a friend a while ago. Cost about 8 cents to repair. Pop it apart and you will see a burned resistor. The LEDs usually last 100,000 hours or MORE, but some of the resistors follows electronics rules more! 20% of ALL electronics fail when power is applied. You have to remember, ALL electrical stuff runs on smoke! You let the smoke out, and they quit!
