I bought a Honda ST1300 top box to install on my dads Nomad, these pics are not too good, but they give you an ideal, I was holding my box up to his bike to decide if this is the way we wanted to go, he said yes , so I bought one today off Craigslist, it has the little baby armrest, their not really functional since there too far back and so small, it does not have a totaly flat bottom, there's a recessed area in the middle, so I'll have to figure out a way to mount it, we have a Whompas rack?? sorry, I dont know Nomad stuff, and the rack is a little too wide to drop the recessed part of the box over the rack, will have to make a riser plate to mount it, I'll post good pics after the box is mounted,

If any one is interested, the boxes are about $530 delivered from cruiserbackrest.com or find one used, they usually go for about $400, what we paid. but they are only 45L, but my dad didn't care for the Harley tour pak or Givi style. the Honda box opens from the back, it's easyily removeable with the turn of a key and the lift of a handle, takes about 5 seconds to do.
