Congrats brotha...the V2K's are awesome. I went from a 900 to a V2K, simply because the V2K seemed to fit me better. Not sure about the 1600's, but I know you'll be happy with your purchase...can't wait to see some pictures

Add one more to the V125ci club. We're glad you could join our little group. Now, as a new member, you must be able to demonstrate the ability to grin like a opossum eatin briers while your heart beats like it's about to jump out of your chest all while rolling on trottle from 60 to 100mph faster then you can spit.

Velcro gloves, no one has mentioned velcro gloves yet?

You'd better get yourself a pair. You will be needing them the first time you find that perfect stretch of abandoned straight blacktop and think to yourself "Hmmmm, I wonder how well this thing launches from a dead stop?"

Congratulations.............and hold on!

Now I am confused ... I thought you had velcro gloves and boots for another reason, especially after seeing the virgin wool stuck to them

Was, congrats on the new ride and enjoy it.

Remember one thing about that V2K, it will move really, really, well. Be easy on it until you get use to what she will do ... mine is always surprising me ... even after many thousands of miles.

Whats the big deal with the v2k speed.. My 1300 vstar is only .5 secs slower and my 650 vtwin ( dl650( is just as fast) seems with that big ole engine block you should be flying..
(sorry you v2k guys are getting big heads had to let some air out of em JK )

its not really the speed, its the full on power load of those mules pulling like a freight trane.
