Default This is my next bike, for sure!

Definitely LOVING this 2006 HD Dyna Streetbob. I sat on this at a local dealership and fell in love. I never really liked those ape hangers much, but once I put my hands up on them, I was amazed at how comfortable it was. It just felt really good..

I find out Thursday wether I'm approved or not... Please don't hate me!

    Cheers,
    Adrian

Hey, man. As long as you're riding. There are a few HDs I wouldn't mind having myself if they were competetively priced.

IMO the best under 7k non-sport bike out there is the 883 Sportster -I may get one.

Good luck and post some pics of you with your new ride.
I'd rather you offend me with the truth than appease me with a lie.

That's a decent looking Factory Bobber for sure.

No hating here, I'm crossing my fingers that you get approved.

No hate at all. at least you will have an open basket full of accessories and bling as soon as you buy it.

Man, i'm having the same feeling over the new Fatbob. I'm having a very hard time resisting.

I have a feeling there might be "the other brand" in my garage soon ...

No hate here, Adrian. It's a fine machine. A former coworker bought one new in '06. Hope you get it, you won't be disappointed!

And I think you're right about the mini-apes- once you try them you're hooked.

I was at an HD dealer about 2 weeks ago and sat on a FatBob. Gotta say, it fit me pretty well.

But it had this color on it that was just awsome!! Best way to describe it would be a flat-pearl blue. I can't find it anywhere on HD's website though. It's similar to the 'Crimson Red Denim' but blue instead.

Maybe if I ever decide to replace the Meanie..... but that'll be a long ways off yet.

You buy a HD and you pay more to get less bike. HDs are good for parking somewhere and standing next to it so people can see you have a harley. You ever see a metric bike on a trailer hitch? no thats because the owner drives it to where he's going.

    Here we go again.....................

But seriously, it's the bike that makes your heart skip a beat that you want to buy...........whatever it may be. You want to but the bike that forces you to look back at it at least twice while walking away from it. It's the bike that gets you dreaming of riding, again, and again, and again.

That's the bike you want to buy. makes no difference who's name is stamped on the tank.

PS. Apes are great, once you've ridden with them, you'll likely never go back.

    Best of luck.

Must be nice. Our local dealer says they won't get one until early next year

May not have been a FatBob for sure, but it was definately a Dyna-series of some sort, and the only one on HD's site with drag-bars is the FatBob. Either way, was a really nice bike.

I'm sure it was a Fatbob then, I hear some dealers already have them. But I live in Okla, we're always last here
