I just finished mine tonight. It's fairly simple, took about 1 hour.
hardest part was getting the stupid part into the small opening under the bike so i could install it. The bike is now on the lowest setting, and it made a huge difference in the stance. Good luck, and post up if you have any direct questions. next install tomorrow: fi2000r

Okay, i read the instructions and im a little lost already..........
Do you really need to remove your pipes/exhuast to intall the lowering kit? What should I use to lube the new bearings? and which holes on the lowering kit are which heights? the way they explain doesnt make any sense to me............... Thanks...........

You will need to remove your exhaust in order to get leverage on the lower bolt. (easy to remove)
Bearing grease from any auto parts store works well. the hole in the middle is the lowest. With your bike on a stand, you can lower the bike while the kit is on and see which hole is what height. remember: uninstall - remove the lower bolt completely first (17mm) then remove the upper bolt (22mm / 27mm). Install - install the upper bolt first (and torque) then install lower.

Doesn't the 900 lowering kit involve any modification to the shock itself? Now that was the really hard part when I put this kit on my 800.
