Default Saddleman can't find all thier parts.

I bought the saddleman drifter slants (jumbo) and their easy off system. When I got it I looked at the parts list and the instructions. First problem is that they must have gotten someone who has never put anything together to write the directions. Second problem was that I counted up all the parts and counted up the number of parts on the parts list - I was two parts short. After 3 phone calls to Saddleman I finally convinced them that I was neither retarded nor blind and was in fact missing these parts. Funny part is when I asked them to send me those parts I got confused silence. They can't figure out how to get their hands on the parts. I don't want to return them because I got one of the last ones in the States right now. The parts in question are the backer plates for the botton bag clips. The bag clips slip onto the botton of the hangers and stabilize the bags. the bag clips are about and inch by two iniches, curved on one end, strait on the other, w/ two holes drilled in the straight part. The backer plates should go on the inside of the bags and mate up w/ the two holes on the clips. I am not too bad a fabbing up this type of simple metal part but a picture of the part would be invaluable (Saddlman couldn't even manage to provide this).

Does anyone have this system installed and if so could you take a picture of the interior of the bags so I can see exacly what the part is supposed to look like before I start getting inventive.

Thanks
