Well only about 5200 miles so far for me. hopefully I will have at least 6400 by the end of the month.
I am mostly just riding back and forth to work 80 miles round trip. This economy is hurting us pretty bad.

I have an eye infection in my left eye that makes it SUPER sensitive to light. So I can't wear contacts and with normal glasses and my tinted visor, it's still too bright. Just walking around the house at night with the lights on are too much for me much less outside with the sun. So I'm stuck with no riding.

Don't have to worry about that here...the people in California (around here) don't really know what the 's' word is because they've never seen it. It just gets a little chilly here, that's all.

I've seen it! It's that white stuff that you can see up on top of Mt. Baldy in February!
But we have our own ways of dealing with winter ![]()

I'm at around 7500. I had to slow down as I've been doing lots of travelling for work. (My new job requires that more now.)

I turned 14,000 miles on the way to work yesterday, all of them since 1/30/08. Minus ~3100 for the odo race. This is , by far, the most comfortable bike I have ever owned

Ok I got home from work and thought I would jump on the PC and check the results on how everyone is doing. When I went to my original post where I showed my miles and (rotor), I found it gone, can anyone help with this? Thanks Kenny

12K is a lot more than most folks ride. One guy I work with bought his bike new in '03 and has 17K on it. I think he rode about 4K this year out of spite just so I wouldn't catch him. Other fellas I work with have 6 and 7K and that's the most they've ever done in one year.

If any one has installed a GPS on this or a similar bike I would appreciate your help in installing one. I have bought all mounting equipment from a company by the name of RAM Mount (www.Ram-Mount.com). They sell GPS mounting equipment for almost evey bike. I already use a GPS in my vehicle and thought that instead of paying another $600+ for a GPS designed specifically for a motorcycle, I could save money and use the one I already have, a Tom Tom G0510. I want to be sure that I don't blow up my present GPS by making some dumb electrical connection and end up having to replace it. Any help would be appreciated.
