Smile spark plug question

well i got the front plug out but the rear plug i could not get a socket on. there is a black plastic piece in the hole that the spark plug goes thru. does this has to come out first? if so how to remove it. is there anywhere i can look/download a service manual on this bike thanks

no covers over the plugs that I know of. Should only be the plug wire going to it which should pull off. Are you using the tool-kit plug remover? sometimes sockets have too thick of a wall to slide down to the plug.

Use the tool kit plug wrench or a thin walled socket. Or you can do like I did and just ground down one of my old sockets until it fit in the hole

when you pull the boot off the front you can see all around the plug and i can get my socket on.... when i pull the boot off the rear i can see the plug but its surrounded by a black plastic sleeve like piece. my thinnest socket will not go thru..... i have not looked in the tool kit to see if there a tool in there will do that tonight

Sounds to me like part of the cover on the end of the plug wire boot has come off.... you might be able to take some needle nose pliers and pull it out...
