welcome to the forum lifeguard. i personally like the look of the Bub's, but i think they are pretty loud, and i am not familiar with their quality. V&H, however, i am familiar with and would highly recommend.

One can almost see the "Singer" name stamped on that engine.

I like the red one.

Baffled by baffles. ...anybody have any ideas on reinserting baffles in V&H Classic II pipes on my Vulcan Nomad? Rust seems to make it darn near impossible.

Default 1600 Nomad or Classic?

I posted in Main Lobby... about returning to riding after a 20 plus years hiatus. I'm looking at two Vulcans - the 1600 Nomad and 1600 Classic.

Looks like the difference is in the 'trimmings', and if I don't want hard bags, it appears I can outfit the Classic with windshield, sissybar/rack and engine guards for a lot less than the cost for the Nomad.

Any thoughts???? Oh.. I was also looking at Suzuki's New M109R, which will probably be named Cruiser of the Year... but my local dealer is definitely a Kawa bigot... and swears by them.

Thanks. Irv
